Our Small Country Christmas Dinner

Christmas Dinner was wonderful. This year it was small just our parents and myself. My sister sadly had to work and was able to join us late around 7.
We ate early so we could save dessert for when my sister came home. I choose a Thyme it was Country Christmas Dinner. Since our home sets in a rule area and my home is shabby chic I thought a country Christmas was in order.

My Menu was very simple
Roasted Hen
Sour Cream and Butter Mash Potatoes
Homemade Orange Cranberry Relish
Homemade Herbal Stuffing
Hot Crusted Sour Dough Bred
Herbal Butter

Desert
My Homemade Cannoli
My Homemade Italian Cheese Cake
Anisetta Liquor

                           
               
My parents and I had a lovely and relax dinner but for sure next year both my sister and I plane to have Christmas Completely off so it can be enjoyed
