Linguine with White Clam Sauce Our Dads Recipe

Most of you that know our Dad knew of our Fathers Restaurant called The Village South. Our Dads restaurant was famous for its superb culinary food and warm atmosphere and you can thank our Father for that. Both my sister and I have such warm memories of family gatherings enjoying mouth watering dinners.

I have written one of our Fathers recipes for his Linguine with White Clam Sauce it was and still is a favorite recipe that is shared in his home as well as in ours
Our Dad loves to serve this with a Dry red wine and hot hard crusted Italian Breed a true delight that is simple to prepare and a true culinary delight to enjoy

I hope you enjoy this as much as we do!
Always
Lydia
