My Hot Hot Cinnamon Buns!!

These are very simple to make in fact I make them quite often but I do alter some things as living in Fl the humidity plays tricks on you when wanting anything to rise or using yeast. So this is what I do
I pre heat my oven to 350 for 10 minutes then I shut off this allows the oven to be warm and dry as if you had a proffer for bread it works very well

You will need!

1 box of Pillsbury Hot Rolls Mix
3 small package's of chopped pecans
1 stick of butter melted
1 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of brown sugar
4 tbs of Cinnamon
2tbs of nutmeg
1tsp of ground cloves
4 cups of powder sugar
1/2 cup or more of milk

Directions!

follow the directions on the back of the box for making the dough very simple make sure when kneading the dough you knead the proper amount of time very important

form into a ball cover with a towel and let rise for 10-15 min.
Flour a surface of your counter and roll out dough first cutting dough in half roll out into a large rectangle.
Brush all of the melted butter on all of the surface of the dough.
Add sugars both brown and white over surface of dough and all of your spices sprinkle pecans 2 pkg over dough.
Roll up dough and cut with bread knife 1 1/2 inches wide place in a butter cookie sheet place in warm oven and let rise for 1 hour or till double or larger in size.
Bake at 350 until golden brown

Glaze
Add your powder sugar and milk slowly make a thick glaze spoon over buns then add the rest of your pecans make sure you add the glaze when the buns are completely cool

I hope you enjoy this as much as we do makes a great Sunday Morning breakfasts with hot coffee

Enjoy!
