Strudel Homemade it is

Fall has finally arrived! With cooler temperatures and dryer climate baking has become a joy. Here is my recipe for My Homemade Apple Strudel


You will need.

4 roman apples peeled and cored and sliced
3 very tart granny smith apples Peeled and cored and sliced
2 cups of sugar
2 tbs of cinnamon
1 package of puff pasty sheets
2 cups of walnuts
1 cup of golden raisin
1/2 cup of dark rum
1 tbs of ground nutmeg
1 cup of minute tapioca
cheese cloth
2 tbs melted butter

Directions!

Pre heat oven to 350 take you cheese cloth and lay evenly on counter making sure there are no wrinkles on cloth
sprinkle some flour over the cloth and your rolling pen
unfold your pasty dough and roll to close any creases from the fold
spread melted butter over dough
mix apples spices and sugar all together
Add walnuts and raisins drain any excess rum from raisins
add tapioca and mix well
Spread from center out to ends of pasty dough leaving enough at the end to close
start from the end of your cheese cloth and gently roll onto lined cake sheet pan
brush dough with butter cuts slits on top
bake until bubbly and golden brown about 45 min depending on you oven.
