My Biscotties



                                                                     Recipe calls for

2 eggs room temp
1 stick of UN salted Butter room temp
1 1/4 cup of sugar
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1tsp of anise extract
1tsp of almond extract
1tsp of baking powder
2 and a little more cups of all purpose flour
1 cup of almonds or pistachio chopped large

cream butter sugar eggs and all of your extract together in a mixer using the paddle blade
add slowly flour and  baking powder and then let mix adding nuts
with wet hands form two flatten logs or at leash a quarter inch high
on a cookie sheet lined with Parchment paper
place in  350 pre heated oven  and bake fir at least 25 min or less I usually watch closely until cookie is firm remove from oven and allow to cool 
slice cookie about 1 inch thick place back into heated 350 oven and bake until golden brown

Serve this with coffee and you are good to go
