The Wonders of a Birthday!

What makes a birthday so special? Could it be because you were born on that day? The day you came into the world and everyone was all smiles because of you? Your Mom and Dad. Your Grandparents. and oh yes, your sisters and brothers if you were second or third in the family. Birthdays are special and today is my sisters.

As we get older we tend not to celebrate as much epically if we are gosh I hate to say it getting older. We have to get out the old reading glasses to read the cards. and for some of us that have Grandparents they tend not to here as well so a lot of the conversation has to be repeated. Meals cannot be as spicy or chewy as we have to make sure we have Polly Grip on board but this is all a part of the aging process that comes with the glory of each year of having a birthday.

I love birthdays and I love celebrating them I don't care how old or young it is a special time and I love to recognize it with passion. In our small family my sister and I do not have any children so it is usually a small group that get together. Our parents and friends and I always make sure that a special dinner is at hand.But the most importantly I make sure the Birthday Person is well recognized and today that person is my sister .

We have been together for a long time. Through each others ups and downs, the good and bad times and we don't always agree. But through it all we are family and she is the most important person to me so her birthday is well celebrated.

So from all of the Birthday Balloons Gifts, Cakes and Dinners there is one thing for sure Birthdays keep coming around at least once a year
