My Summer Deep Dish Peach Pie!

Home made Pie Crust recipe

3 cups of all purpose flour
1 1/2 stick of UN salted butter
2-4 tbs of Ice Water

mix flour butter and add water
cut with a pastry blade
then add into mixer using dough blade
form into a ball then roll
should make 2 pasty for a deep dish Pie

Peach Filling

I like to use Frozen Peaches
2pkg of frozen peaches thawed
2 cups of sugar
4 tbs of minute tapioca UN cooked
2 tbs butter broken up into small pieces
1tbs of vanilla

Mix peaches, sugar,Tapioca vanilla in a large mixing bowl
lay your deep dish pie pan with your pastry.
place your butter within your filling
place your mixture within your pie pan
cover final pastry over peach filling
cover edges of pie crust with aluminum foil
dust pie crust with egg white
Bake at 350 or until done
