A Family Gathering!
What a weekend this has been. First off was my usual Saturday Morning rush. My Poodles having a Agility Class which is the first class of there Agility Summer Program and the class is a hour away so sleeping in on a Saturday Morning is not a option. Our class was to start at 7 Am do to the heat! SoI was up at 3Am as I needed that time to get everything ready.
What was the big event for the weekend? It was Family night and a celebration of Dad and Margret 17 years of marriage to each other. Now lets think about this. We have a beautiful guest room all shabby chic design with a lovely double bed very inviting so what do my sister and I go and do? We go and buy and twin air mattress and place it at the foot of the bed. Now this air mattress is the top of its line but not so top of the line when celebrating your anniversary
After a wonderful evening of my homemade calzones and Eddy's Spumoni Italian Ice Cream and many glasses of wine it was time for all of us to go to bed. Everyone retired to there bedrooms and a great night of sleep we all endured. When our parents woke and coffee brewing and my homemade Cinnamon Buns were in the oven Margret had to tell me. "Last night when your father and I went to bed he crawled into the comfortable double bed and I into the top of the line air mattress and he looked down and said Happy Anniversary!

Your get together is lovely! How great to spend time together! I love your blog! The poodles are great! My childhood dog was a miniature poodle and I am lucky enough to get to sit for a sweet standard named Lily! She is truly a sweet girl! But I love dogs and will probably have one of each kind before I am done!!

Many years ago I use to show horses in driving I was a member of the American Driving society so yes I use to where my hats as well and some of my clothing but not too many as they were very small My blogs is about many topics so feel free to stop by anytime you never know what I may be writing
