This is my dads recipe for his Caesar Salad Dressing from his restaurant The Village South which he started and owned for years in Vero Beach Florida
Dads recipe is
3 whole Eggs (jumbo eggs)
4 tbs Worcestershire sauce
2 tbs anchovy paste
fresh ground pepper
8 gloves of garlic pressed and chopped
2tbs extra virgin olive oil
grated Parmesan cheese
croutons
4tbs lemon juice
whole anchovy on side optional
whisk all ingredients together toss over your Romain lettuce
add croutons and whole anchovy if your like
