My Aunt Gloria Italian Butter Cookies!
3 cups of flour
1 cup of sugar
1 1/2 sticks of UN salted butter room temp
3 tsp of baking powder
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs room temp
Beat eggs add vanilla
in a mixer using the paddle blade add eggs vanilla sugar and butter slowly add your flower and baking powder at low speed.
Mix until all contents are blended
Line cookie sheet with parchment paper and roll dough into medium size balls place a thump print in the center
Bake at 350 until done
White Glaze
2 cups of powder sugar
1/4 cup of milk
stir until a glaze is formed dip cookies and let cool on a cookie rack
